Step 1: Prepare a Notarized Undertaking/Affidavit in Original

Place an advertisement in a daily local national newspaper, either in English or Hindi. The notice should include the old name, gender, father's name, full residential address, new name, and gender of the minor. Ensure it's from the individual's side, not from a lawyer, and appears in the Public Notice heading in the newspaper only.
